    I'm so sorry you experienced unsatisfactory service. There could be a number of factors involved in the price difference such as a change in excess, or even a medical condition that was accidentally left out. We do occasionally have to increase prices to keep up with inflation, but a difference of over $100 is unlikely to be solely due to a price rise.
