Bad telephone assistance
I went in a month ago andhalf completed application price for gold levelwas 426.83 seniors cruise it also showed 15% discount. I did not receive a claim number at the time.
The guy on the phone had a could not care less attitude and was not prepared to help in any was just said sorry bad luck we have had a price rise or maybe it was because i could have changed holiday dates. I said no i haven't nor have either of us had birthdays. He just said oh well its a price rise then. $100.43 price rise within 4 weeks is a rip off.
Bad customer service can do a lot of damage. Bad news
travels fast. I really don't expect anyone to take any notice but you asked for my opinion

I'm so sorry you experienced unsatisfactory service. There could be a number of factors involved in the price difference such as a change in excess, or even a medical condition that was accidentally left out. We do occasionally have to increase prices to keep up with inflation, but a difference of over $100 is unlikely to be solely due to a price rise.
