So customer service once needing to make a claim was off shore and I couldn’t clearly understand the operator, I had gold cover and our flight was delayed 11:38 hrs in turn we missed our connecting flight by 23 hours to our final destination, we lost 2 days 1 night at our destination and have not been covered for our loss of accomodation or car hire approx $700 nor have we been able to claim our accommodation for a family of 5 children 2 adults at our hotel at the airport $750 alone. They have instead offered $100 pp totally $700 in compensation! Claiming our delay was not long enough to compensate. It falls far short of our personal outlay of $1600. Not happy Insure and Go. We did have to make a medical claim separately for Dr’s visit that went along smoothly. I will go with Covermore next time.
