• Hi Alan, I'm sorry you had a negative experience with the claims process. I can confirm that we do need various forms of proof in order to make sure that claims are evaluated fairly according to the PDS, but I apologise if the evidence you were required to submit with your claim seemed excessive.   • I agree. Even when you send various forms over and over again they do not seem to have not ever received them or do not read what you say on the forms or even understand them .They even mislaid forms as well. Highly inefficient is what I found them to be after being with them for around 7 years first time I claimed was a nightmare. Especially dealing with them from COlombia where my case went missing from.
