Poor claims experience
I am not impressed that my claims were not valid as all my medical receipts were in French, Dutch and German. When you are on the road in Europe and you need medical assistance, you have to pay cash up front and obviously you are issued a receipt in their language. They do not issue them in english!I had claimed about 900 Euro on return, which was not valid because my receipts were not in English. InsureandGo expected me to provide them with all my receipts translated to English, which would incur more expenses. Surely they can have someone translate in-house. They are a travel insurance company after all.
