My one claim experience was inefficient with poor communication.
Information I sent through to support claim was handled inefficiently as I was asked several times for same information which had previously been confirmed as received. Was advised claim was to be cancelled due to lack of response which was incorrect. There was no or inconsistent confirmation or receipt of information sent through unless asked for. Staff helpful when I had to phone several times to find out where my claim was at. Some information asked for I felt was unreasonable. It took 3 months to finalise my claim. The outcome of my claim was good but I found it a stressful exercise.
