  • Thank you Anna. Reading through your reviews, it seems that everyone is happy with the process of the online purchase of Insure and Go policies, which I'll admit is very easy, but not so much if they have to make a claim. Unfortunately, your online claims procedure lets you down in every way.

  • We have claimed with them twice and on both occasions when providing the correct documentation our claim was settled within a couple of weeks.
