    Yes, I've been through your internal investigation but they never got back to me. I know your travel insurance business would be busy trying to get out of paying on claims during this COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
    I'm now going through Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance claims department.
    I've also lodge a complaint with Australia Financial Complaints Authority .
    Let hope that your company realises that they can't keep someone's money for a policy that can't be used.

  • Good on you Paul, I have done the same, let’s hope they get forced to do the right thing, still there is no way their reputation will survive their handling of this crisis, I hope they go in to administration for their disgusting behavior.

    They can't get away with keeping our money for a policy we can't use.
