  • Don’t waste your time e-mailing their complaint department I can already tell you how they will reply after 3 weeks...

    “Unfortunately, there is no possibility of a refund if your policy is outside of the 14-day cooling-off period with no exceptions. We cannot hold your policy as a credit or defer it to another trip, there are no exceptions.”

    Complain to the ombudsman if you want to see any action against this company.

  • Yes, I have complained to AFCA and I have opened a case with them. I urge everyone affected to do the same. Such outrageous behaviour in these times deserves exposure.

    My policy premium was $1,475
    Would you like to join a refund class action against Insureandgo?
    They can't get away with keeping our money for a policy we can't use.
