Unfortunately, we can't offer full refunds or 100% credits, as your policy starts providing cover from the moment you buy it, and there for is being used up before your travel dates. For example, our cancellation before departure component of cover means that from the moment you buy your policy, to when your travel begins, your accomodation and travel expenses are covered should you need to cancel your trip for unforeseen illness or injury.   • Thankyou Anna for your companies “generic” message, which I have received many times already from other recognized Insureandgo Review Sites. My complaint is now registered with AFCA and the CBA, awaiting their response.
