Natural Disaster cover doesn't cover natural disaster events according to InsureandGo

My family and I recently completed an overseas trip, we had purchased a travel insurance policy with added Natural Disaster coverage from InsureandGo a few weeks before departure. Our trip was impacted by a natural disaster, so we claimed for the accommodation expenses incurred due to this event, our claim was denied as we were "not covered for a travel delay". Why provide coverage for a natural disaster at all if you then deny claims attributed to a natural disaster. Update: InsureandGo contacted me via phone to discuss my review. They stuck to the narrative that Natural Disaster coverage is only applicable to your level of cover.....weasal words. If that's the case, clearly define on the "add-on" page what is covered and not covered with each option, as the current wording does not sufficiently broadcast the limitations. As things stand, the Natural Disaster add-on coverage seems to be nothing more than a way to extract extra money from people. When an event occurs and you need support, don't count on InsureandGo to be there for you.
