Worthless.
I needed to change flights due to unforeseen circumstances. Ticket cancellation insurance not worth the e-mail it was printed. Avoid!

we were caught up in the volcano problems in bali nov 15 ,a number of flight were changes ,advised aig hard to talk to anyone who understands English then advised to buy a new policy because thay cann
