Had to claim for illness

Unfortunately I had to claim on travel insurance for expenses and cancellations due to illness overseas. The process was easy, no questions asked and the claim was finalized within 3 working days.
Could not be happier, fourth time I've used Kango, first time I've claimed, very confident with my choice of insurer leading into future travel.

Poor value. Cover but with conditions

I had a very expensive item stolen in Germany. Kango covered it but only to a value that didn't allow me to get it replaced. Not very useful and not consistent with my expectations.

Small print

You covered it all on page 26 item number about #32 from memory you would not cover any claim with a person becoming ill and resulting in our holiday being cut short and having to return to Australia
