Had to claim for illness
Unfortunately I had to claim on travel insurance for expenses and cancellations due to illness overseas. The process was easy, no questions asked and the claim was finalized within 3 working days.<br/
Poor value. Cover but with conditions
I had a very expensive item stolen in Germany. Kango covered it but only to a value that didn't allow me to get it replaced. Not very useful and not consistent with my expectations.
Small print
You covered it all on page 26 item number about #32 from memory you would not cover any claim with a person becoming ill and resulting in our holiday being cut short and having to return to Australia

Cheap insurance without having to pay for all the extras. Excess fee was very acceptable if you required to claim.

big scam
Put in a claim for luggage damage. Had no receipt, so I was only covered for $100 ,fine but before they paid me $100 ,I had to pay them $100 excess, result $0 payment to me. Does this seem fair.
Prompt and very helpful
I didn't have any problems at all with Kango Cover. They were supplied with the documents that were requested and they acted on the cover promptly and with no questions.<br/>I would recommend them
