When making a claim they find a fine print to exclude your claim

Really disappointing to find that when our flight did not operate on the day we booked it for, we had to book alternative tickets to our destination. We had the "peace of mind " that we are covered by travel insurance. In the meantime the airline went bankrupt and no worries wouldn't reimburse us for our extra expenses incurred. Really disappointing service.

Does not cover water damage

Will not cover any items damaged by water, buyer beware... I am sure there are other companies who offer better coverage.
