  • Hi The NoWorries Customer Care Team, Saying sorry doesn't help at all, and yes I am very unsatisfied with your company. If you are an insurer that advertises covering for sports like surfing and snowboarding but don't offer anything damaged by water seems a little ridiculous to me that you'd suggest this is the 'best cover' for your customers. Very poor. Craig.
