  • Hi The NoWorries Customer Care Team, Saying sorry doesn&#39;t help at all, and yes I am very unsatisfied with your company. If you are an insurer that advertises covering for sports like surfing and snowboarding but don&#39;t offer anything damaged by water seems a little ridiculous to me that you&#39;d suggest this is the &#39;best cover&#39; for your customers. Very poor. Craig.
