Policy document impossible to understand

I hate the way insurance companies write their policy documents that are impossible to understand. How can you ever expect to get your money back from a claim if they have policies in gibberish.

This is under written by Tokyo Marine who refuse every claim automatically. You pay for insurance when you really don't get any

NRMA Travel insurance

It was very quick & easy to get, and very well explained. Booked two days before we travelled and all the documentation arrived before we left (& by e-mail too)

Roadside assist

For 16-20 year olds like myself, NRMA provides 12 months free roadside assistance, which means I can travel without being worried I will break down and be stuck somewhere. The customer service is fant
