    Worse than having none

    This is under written by Tokyo Marine who refuse every claim automatically. You pay for insurance when you really don't get any

    It was very quick & easy to get, and very well explained. Booked two days before we travelled and all the documentation arrived before we left (& by e-mail too)

    Policy document impossible to understand

    I hate the way insurance companies write their policy documents that are impossible to understand. How can you ever expect to get your money back from a claim if they have policies in gibberish.
