• This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Lodged ALL docs within 24 hrs of robbery & it took about 5 months & about 40 emails with re-lodging of docs, which they constantly misplaced or misread or didn't read at all, before settlement, which only occurred when I mentioned litigation. I complained also to Westpac & have now changed my cards after 20 years of loyalty. Most unprofessional resulting in a very frustrating experience until the supervisors stepped in to assist me.
