AVOID

Quite literally the worst insurer I have ever used. Claims took 6 months process, staff do not return messages and calls. When you talk to someone in the claims department, they do not act on your provided info or put it in notes, rather just ignore it so the saga drags out another month. Utterly frustrated and annoyed and will never use them for any services.
