• This exclusion is staggering. I just bought this insurance via qantas, and wanted to do a bit of research to know what to expect. Won't be buying this product again.

  • Actually as I was on my 14 day cooling off period under Australian consumer law, I just cancelled this and got my money back. Will spend it on a reputable company without weird exclusions.
