Simply Travel Insurance review by andrew pope

Fantastic service

Simon was great over the phone personally calling me back to answer my questions and giving me the advice I needed to be confident in the policy and keeping my family insured.
10/10 in my book

Incapable of handleing some of he medical Claims

Be prepared to be thrown out on the street, If you come down with a serious illness (Not Corona) , it is highly that they will be able to assist you in getting the necessary guarantees to the hospital

Shocking service

Tried to contact for months during the pandemic. Dreadful company who have disappeared but cover nothing and ultimately have kept the premium and provided zero service

Very Happy with your service! The person I spoke to initially to tell her my story of what happened , she showed empathy and professionism.
Thank you.
Lorraine Fox.
