Jim is one of the best customer sales representatives I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He professionally explained the details of each policy I was interested in, patiently answered all of my questions and demonstrated expertise knowledge of what customers look for as well as the insurance industry itself. Most importantly, Jim came across as someone you can relate to and have a genuine conversation with. The high quality of Simply Travel Insurance's customer service as demonstrated by him was definitely a major deciding factor for me in deciding to be a customer. I will certainly recommend the service to friends and family in the future
