Fantastic service

Lost my laptop, put in a claim query and Jim and he responded straight away, called the hotel and they had found it,so no need to claim but Simply wanted me to try it for a couple of weeks to make sure it was all good. Will tell my friends & family.

Incapable of handleing some of he medical Claims

Be prepared to be thrown out on the street, If you come down with a serious illness (Not Corona) , it is highly that they will be able to assist you in getting the necessary guarantees to the hospital

Shocking service

Tried to contact for months during the pandemic. Dreadful company who have disappeared but cover nothing and ultimately have kept the premium and provided zero service
