11/10 for service - they went above and beyond to help me out

I purchased comprehensive insurance with simply travel insurance for an overseas trip recently. while overseas i lost my passport. this resulted in around $800 of extra costs including an emergency passport, travel to the embassy, accomodation, and international flights. simply travel insurance covered it all! their responses were so quick and helpful - couldn't recommend them more and ill be using them for every trip i have in the future!

Incapable of handleing some of he medical Claims

Be prepared to be thrown out on the street, If you come down with a serious illness (Not Corona) , it is highly that they will be able to assist you in getting the necessary guarantees to the hospital

Shocking service

Tried to contact for months during the pandemic. Dreadful company who have disappeared but cover nothing and ultimately have kept the premium and provided zero service
