Have taken the annual policy for 3 years

I have purchased an annual multi trip policy for the past 3 years , in that time I have made 2 small claims, one delayed luggage , the other broken luggage and a larger claim of trip cancellation, in each case the claim was handled and paid out very quickly without complications

Incapable of handleing some of he medical Claims

Be prepared to be thrown out on the street, If you come down with a serious illness (Not Corona) , it is highly that they will be able to assist you in getting the necessary guarantees to the hospital

Shocking service

Tried to contact for months during the pandemic. Dreadful company who have disappeared but cover nothing and ultimately have kept the premium and provided zero service
