• I agree 100%. I needed urgent surgery abroad. Communication was one way. Then after wasting 3 days with excuses they tell me to fly home. Conveniently on a spare ticket I had already purchased. The same email stated my cover ceased as soon as I return home. They made my trip hell. No support, no communication and rude.

  • very accurate description Seb. I had the same issues with them. most of the high rating reviews come from minor issues such as broken laptops etc. When you have a real emergency this company is terrible and their follow up service is disgraceful, we only got back a small % of what we claimed but that wasn't really important to me we just needed to get home and have surgery but they delayed and delayed.

  • Just a low rent Kiwi insurer. They discriminating behavior is in breach of the DDA , and its direct not indirect discrimination. Just rubbish Avoid
