Made two claims, easily done, efficient and value for money

I chose SCTI because they were the cheapest travel insurance for a year long world wide insurance coverage agreement. In the end I've had to make two claims, and on both occasions SCTI were just stellar. They answer questions very quickly (which is a massive relief when you are anxious about a stolen phone overseas), and send frequent updates on the claim process. After my paperwork was received by them (which they email you to inform you of receipt), it took 3-4 days for my claim to be process and accepted on both occasions and then two more for my reimbursement to be received. On other occasions when I had other queries they were easily reachable via email and phone and were really pleasant to deal with. I'm definitely planning on using them again and recommend them to others travelling for long periods.
