Excellent help & quick settlement of claim

Due to unexpected injury I had to cancel overseas holiday with only 3 weeks notice. I experienced excellent help, follow up and quick settlement. I had read all terms and conditions prior to purchase and provided all information, supporting documentation, doctors letters and so on as required. Any refunds due I had collected e.g. airline costs and hotel refunds where available. My family have used them several times. Based upon personal experience I certainly recommend them.
