I can't praise them enough.

I purchased from Southern Cross based on price their price. At the time, I wanted a basic policy with the lowest premium, so I went ahead with them. The 2nd time I purchased a policy with them, I had some problems and made a claim, and to my surprise, the claim got approved with no problems, the claims process was simple and straight forward. The service was exceptional, they made effort to update and follow up on my behalf. I can't praise them enough. Whenever I travel now, I will go with Southern Cross because they are honest, reliable and competitive on pricing.
