Tick "insurance" is a scam

I filled a claim and they did not contact me when I was overseas. They did not talk to hospital. I had to cough money. Their "Unlimited" "insurance" is no insurance at all. Buyer to know they pay. They have invented every trick in the book not to pay

    Great value, have now used them a few times. This time I did have trouble with the website but I rang them & they were able to complete form for me. Francis was fanastic
