Not worth it

They make it very easy to sign up and pay and are very responsive. But it is very difficult to claim. They require many documents and even expect a report from a police (original in English of course) when my camera was damaged. If you have family overseas and any claim involves them forget it they wont cover anything. Travel insurance that is designed to fail people when claiming because of the fact they travel is useless.
