User friendly website and claim process
I was really impressed with how easy buying a policy was and the speed with which they paid my claim.
Not worth it
They make it very easy to sign up and pay and are very responsive. But it is very difficult to claim. They require many documents and even expect a report from a police (original in English of course)
My phone was stolen on a tour bus. claim declined. They also depreciate cost of items. Be aware!!!!!
