Pleasantly surprised

I've never bought travel insurance before so was pleasantly surprised at how easy it all was; the customer service was excellent, the lady over the phone was really patient and not pushy at all, answered loads of my probably silly questions. Haven't had to claim and hopefully wont have to. If so i trust that it will be an easy, uncomplicated process!
