I sent an email to make a claim on delayed baggage, got no response from any one within the claims department.
Pleasantly surprised
I've never bought travel insurance before so was pleasantly surprised at how easy it all was; the customer service was excellent, the lady over the phone was really patient and not pushy at all, a
