Completely incompetent

I've been pursuing my claim now for 7 months. The claims department are trying their hardest to avoid and lengthen the claim process.

It is extremely dissapointing and disheartening. Avoid this service at all costs.

My headphones were stolen from my bag while I was travelling on an overnight bus. The bag was in an overhead compartment above my seat. I lodged an insurance claim once back in Australia. Mind you, th

this is from woolworths: You can cancel your Woolworths Travel Insurance policy at any time. If you cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, you will receive a full refund of your premium
