• Yes. Unfortunately no matter how much requested documents you forward to Woolworths for your claim they still “need more”, “just being reviewed by our medical team”, “will shortly put forward a suggested claim for approval”. Has ANYONE ever actually managed to get their insurance claim paid???

  • I had my claim paid reluctantly after complaining to FOS. an easy process. suggest you go online to the financial services ombudsman with all of your supporting documentation.
