Absolute nightmare
Ended up in hospital overseas and called Zoom about the possibility of making a claim. Got told it was fine and they'd be in touch. Never heard from them unless I called despite them saying they'd call back ASAP.Got back to home and they denied my claim saying I had a pre-existing medical condition. Haven't had any symptoms for 5 years and got my doctor to back me up on this, they still insisted it was a pre-existing medical condition despite what it says in their terms and conditions. Their complaints officers even picked and chose phrases from their T&C to make it fit their reason for denying my claim. Had to escalate my claim twice, take time off work to figure out all the lies they decided to make up, and wait 2 months for them to accept my claim.
