Bait and switch - no customer service.

Purchased insurance online everything went well. Problems started at renewal time. With no claims or changes to the policy the premium nearly doubled to $1200.00 - talk about bait and switch.
(other companies premiums had not changed still around the $600.00 mark.) Called them up and asked if they would match others premiums. After THREE promises to get back to me nothing !!
Customer service ...what customer service.
