the worst customer service

They lied to you, telling you u can't have your own quote. It's very hard to understand what they saying, a strong accent. They dont help you set up an account, they dint help you when you have an accident o need roadside assistance. As a single mother with kids, that's why you have the car assistance. and its just a waste of money and time.
