fraudulent claims

After bumping a car in coles carpark with trolley est $500 damage, I receive 3 mths later a letter from debt recovery agency demanding $1181.00 immediately. Care for terminal brother we did not leave house yet Coles claimed sent 3 invoices. Bill included ELEVEN days carhire. Rang mechanic to be told car was in shop 5 days max! Coles kept saying speak to debt collector. Til I got on twitter that is. Have admitted that admin stuffed him around on claim and they appeased him by giving him 6 days extra carhire. At my expense. $1100 fix dent in bumper 82 panelvan? Trolley had $130 worth of coles groceries in it too. Claim said trolley was "fulley loaded" Lol idiots cant even spell!!!
