Don't fall for cheap price

I just received my renewal after lodging a not at fault claim- hit from behind at traffic lights. The premium is up 78per cent up from last year. I have been on the phone with them for over an hour. I have been promised 3 call backs- to no avail. After much exacerbation I have cancelled my policy and gone back to my old insurer. Advice- don't switch, it's not worth it! - even the repair is dodgy.
