ARE YOU SERIOUS !!!

I have just received one of the most humorous letters l have had in years ! Today l received my car ins. renewal from Coles with this years premium to be...wait for it...$335...l nearly wet myself laughing... l said WTF...are these people serious, NO-ONE is stupid enough to let an insurance company get away with this BS ! Last year Coles sent my renewal with an offer that if l renew my policy with them that they would leave my premium at $202, the same as the previous year, so l did and so the premium for 2 years has been $202...NOW...they want to charge an extra $133, even though there has been NO claims !!!! ARE THEY OUT OF THEIR "3KZ's" !!!
If Coles think they can intimidate me with their garbage tactics, they are WWAAAYYYYY OFF !!!
My car is a 1995 Ford Futura EF11, not an Astin Martin for crying out loud !!! So if my premium is not the same as the previous 2 years Coles...there is NO WAY IN HELL that l will be renewing with you lot ! You might be able to stooge some people, but don't try that crap with me. I would like a PROMPT reply from you people, you have my contact details...NOT IMPRESSED WITH COLES INS. AT ALL !!!
