Don’t use Coles Car Insurance

They might be cheap but it isn’t worth it. Made a claim two months ago as my son crashed his car and it was his fault. We’re totally honest in saying he was driving (under 24) and we would have to pay the huge excess of $2050. The car was a total loss and we are only to receive a small amount, but still not paid!!! We send emails with please reply to acknowledge you have received. No reply. They have everything they need from us and there is no reason for this not to be finalised. I made a formal complaint to them and it took three times to get to speak to him after he left a message with no direct number. A week later haven’t heard a thing! Do not use Coles car insurance. They are a nightmare to deal with. Pay the extra money and go with someone reputable.
