No Refunds

Sold car, rang to cancel my car insurance policy which happened to be two days after the monthly payment had been deducted from my account. Told me they don't give refunds on pay by the month insurance. So it cost me $116 for 2 days insurance!! Funny thing is they refunded my monthly premium for another car in exactly the same circumstances two months prior to this.
