Very expensive, bad service.

Made a claim whilst being with Coles, had nothing but headaches to get my car repaired, constant visits to panel shop, waiting on Coles to approve repair process. Once year finished insurance premium went up from $520 to $750 which I wasnt complaining about, but then year after that $1080. I cancelled and went with Virgin paying $780.
