i couldnt ask for a better insurance company. i happy with the online service i am provided as there is no need to wait for the next available phone customer care representative. you pay for what you want. and you get what you pay for... simple as that :) thank you Progressive

Worst insurance agency. Do not purchase from them

Do not purchase insurance with them. Extremely difficulty to deal with. Whilst they sound pleasant enough when you talk to them over the phone, all they do is pass you around and delay without giving

saved heaps with progressive

I switched over because of the price. Unfortunately had to claim very soon after. Online claims were easy, and response were much quicker than I expected. Would definitely recommend to others.
