Worst insurance agency. Do not purchase from them

Do not purchase insurance with them. Extremely difficulty to deal with. Whilst they sound pleasant enough when you talk to them over the phone, all they do is pass you around and delay without giving any solid answers.Had a car accident and had to spend a week over the phone with them trying to get all the Hire car details sorted. Then when the car was deemed a repairable write off they value your car at less than half the actual market value and give you some rubbish about needing to organise your own salvage. They give you little to no options in negotiating the value/speaking to the assessor, as other insurers typically do and threaten that you will be liable for any cost accrued in delaying settlement, storage etc. They also refuse to let you speak to their complaints department and insist you must wait for them to call you, sometime within 3 weeks!
