• Wait til you have a claim with these guys. They are quick to get the business and money but not the customer service.

  • Just rang them regarding an accident that was not my fault. They told me that I had to do the negotiating with the other persons insurance company. They said it could cost me my no claims bonus if they handled my case! Fortunately the othe person had admitted fault and their insurance company have been absolutely brilliant (SGIO) and have helped me all the way. I can't believe how I was treated by Woolworths when I came to make a claim. What's the point of them if they offer no support!! I think they are absolutely disgusting and I will definitely be changing when my car claim is settled!
