Took your money , automatic debit !

I received the renewal notice when I was away and only informed them one month later when I
got back I do not need the policy but they had already taken your money without your authority Coles , RACV or AAMI do not do that! I was not happy .
never buy from Woolworths again !

Lodged claim last Nov, only responded recently due to negative reviews I put. Lately, still no response again from total loss team as I need to collect private items from the written off car. Terrible

Do not use!!

The worst experience ever. Rude and incompetent staff. Was put on hold for 1.5 hours only to find out that the person I need to speak to has left for the day. Misleading policy with deceptive terms an

So slow , on hold 1 hr , never call or email back , phoned 10 times , emailed 4
