Don't be fooled! They are cheaper for a reason!

Do not deal with Woolworths insurance. They may seem great when purchasing a policy but if ever comes time to lodge a claim they will treat you like a criminal, try to push you around and violate your rights! As a matter of principal I refuse to use any of their other products and will never shop at any of their supermarkets ever again either!
They are a disgrace!

Lodged claim last Nov, only responded recently due to negative reviews I put. Lately, still no response again from total loss team as I need to collect private items from the written off car. Terrible

Do not use!!

The worst experience ever. Rude and incompetent staff. Was put on hold for 1.5 hours only to find out that the person I need to speak to has left for the day. Misleading policy with deceptive terms an

So slow , on hold 1 hr , never call or email back , phoned 10 times , emailed 4
